I'm not just a computer nerd. I also embrace physical fitness and I consider myself a martial arts student. I've taken Boxing and Brazilian Jiujitsu classes. Bjj has been quite humbling. My dedication to martial arts has not only sculpted my body but also sharpened my mind, instilling in me the principles of perseverance, discipline and respect.

Embarking on a journey into the realm of Software Engineering and IT, I found myself immersed in the dynamic world of code and creativity. While my formal education took me to the corridors of formal education, where I initially pursued a degree in Software Engineering, my true learning journey extended far beyond the confines of the classroom.

Constantly pursuing knowledge online, I delved into various platforms, building projects and honing my skills. Armed with a foundation in languages like C and C++, I ventured further into the realm of programming, ultimately finding myself captivated by the possibilities offered by Python. However, it was the framework Ruby on Rails that ultimately captured my attention in recent times.

My primary motive for hacking was the intellectual curiosity. However, I quickly became addicted to hacking, not for stealing or causing damage, or writing computer viruses, but for the intellectual challenge, the curiosity, the seduction of adventure. The competitive landscape of hackers worldwide was awe-inspiring. The fact that such individuals could wreck havoc massively, at a scale never seen before was mindboggling to me. With this my mind, I embarked on a quest to become a Professional Penetration Tester. Setting my eyes on the OSCP(Offensive Security Certified Professional) as a worthy goal of mine in 2024, I embarked on a quest to become the best hacker I can possibly become. Fascinated by the competitive nature of platforms like TryHackMe and HackTheBox, with their leaderboards and structured learning paths, I embarked on a disciplined journey of learning and exploration. Through consistent effort, I successfully penetrated multiple systems on these platforms, earning certifications along the way.

When I discovered Penetration Testing through CTFs through the platforms before mentioned, I set my goal to I set my goal to be in the top 3 hackers in my country. I realized this was not going to be a walk in the park; it's a relentless drive to push the boundaries of my skills and knowledge. But know I'm a competitive man, whatever I set my mind to do I try to outcompete every last one of them. thrive in the competitive environment of Capture The Flag (CTF) competitions, where I test my abilities against the best in the field. Whether it's deciphering complex challenges, exploiting vulnerabilities, or crafting ingenious solutions, I immerse myself fully in the thrill of the hunt. Each competition fuels my desire to delve deeper into the world of hacking, constantly honing my techniques and expanding my toolkit. From reverse engineering to network forensics, I embrace every facet of cybersecurity with enthusiasm and determination. For me, hacking isn't just a hobby; it's a passion and a perpetual pursuit of mastery.

I am also a Blue Belt Brazilian Jiujitsu Competitor

I discovered Brazilian Jiujitsu back on 2021. I'm a big podcast listener and Jocko Willink, a retired NAVY SEAL, did a great job on making me want to train Martial Arts. I met some great people at @ZionBjj, this is a dojo in my hometown. My professor and mentor Renan Chavez has had a huge impact on my growth as a Brazilian Jiujitsu Competitor and as a person. Whenever I step on the mats to compete and represent my academy, it's an absolute honor and you bet I will be trying my very best to take that gold medal home.

Started my career in Software Engineering
I started studying Software Engineering in college. This is when I started to learn the basics of programming and I kept falling in love with technology. I built multiple projects as a college student. I remember the most iconic one was named Ardubar. We used an arduino to build an expending machine that would mix alcohol beverages. This was an interesting project that I still remember to this day.

Python
I met Python back on 2016 and developed a strong proficiency with this programming language due to its remarkable versatility. I have utilized Python extensively across a variety of personal projects, ranging from web scrapping tasks to the development of desktop applications. It was a great experience, to this day, I leverage Python scripts during penetration testing exercises for various Capture The Flag (CTF) challenges, as well as whenever I seek to automate tasks through code.

I've mastered Ruby on Rails, a highly productive Full Stack Web Development framework. With its rapid prototyping capabilities, seamless cross-platform compatibility, and powerful features like Active Record ORM and built-in testing frameworks, Rails stands out as my top choice for web development.

Brazilian Jiujitsu
This is when I began my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey. It has been a wild ride. As Rickson Gracie once said: 'Jiu-Jitsu puts you completely in the moment, where you must have a complete focus on finding a solution to the problem. This trains the mind to build that focus, your awareness, and your capacity to solve problems'. I love it too much to stop training. I've met some amazing, hardworking people here. It's been and continues to be a humbling experience for sure.

Driven by my curiosity I started educating myself on Cybersecurity. I had been intrigued about this field for a while, I found some great platforms like TryHackMe and HackTheBox, and I embarked on a journey to become an expert on the field. I managed to get the Offensive Pentesting Certification offered by TryHackMe. And I'm on the hunt for the OSCP.
